Tana Lead Client Care Specialist

Tana is our Lead Client Care Specialist. She studied at OCCC and Central State Beauty Academy. She also completed the VHMA Rising Manager Training Program. Her background in real estate, aesthetics, and running a full-service salon gave her valuable experience in client care, attention to detail, and dedication.

She has two children, Jordan (with son-in-law Ragan) and Brennan, as well as grandchildren. Her family also includes four horses—Dakota, Socks, Windsor, and Warrior.

Tana finds the most rewarding part of her role in enhancing client experiences and building lasting relationships. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, traveling, and attending concerts. She considers her children and grandchildren her greatest accomplishment and is known for her positive attitude, strong customer service, and love for people.
